A completed Booking Form and Deposit is essential to register for a Sustain Safaris tour. Without these, your place on a tour cannot be confirmed.
The form should take 7 to 10 minutes to complete.
We need one form per couple if traveling together, or one per person if you are a single traveler. All parents or legal guardians must sign for minors under 18 years of age. Please complete the below form as comprehensively as possible.
